残疾大学生就业率和就业质量的高低，不仅关乎残疾大学生个人和家庭的切身利益，而且直接影响着残疾人高等教育事业的正常发展与和谐社会的构建。高校应切实加强残疾大学生的就业指导，实施就业指导全程化，在新生入学教育阶段，就有针对性地开展职业生涯规划，尽力帮助残疾大学生确立职业发展方向，科学规划大学生活，增强就业能力。

The employment rate and employment quality of disabled college students not only have a bearing on the vital interests of their family and themselves, but also have a direct influence on the normal development of higher education undertaking about disabled college students and the establishment of harmonious society. Colleges and universities should effectively strengthen careers guidance about disabled college students and make it thoroughly. Career development plan should be specifically carried out in freshmen entrance education, so that disabled college students can have a visible direction in their career development, scientifically map out their college life and strengthen their own employability.
