目的：分析普外科手术患者使用腹腔引流管的引流效果。方法：2010年6月-2014年6月收治行普外科手术治疗患者110例，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析，随机分成研究组和对照组，每组55例。对照组进行常规治疗，研究组进行常规治疗的基础上使用腹腔引流管进行治疗，对比分析两组患者住院时间、正常工作恢复时间、术后并发症及营养状况等指标。结果：研究组治愈率100%，对照组治愈率56.67%，差异存在统计学意义(P＜0.05)。两组胆囊切除后发热例数比较差异存在统计学意义(P＜0.05)。研究组引流管拔出2周后患者营养状况较好，两组差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：在普外科腹腔引流患者中应用腹腔引流管，具有较高的临床治疗效果，缩短治疗时间，改善预后。

목적：분석보외과수술환자사용복강인류관적인류효과。방법：2010년6월-2014년6월수치행보외과수술치료환자110례，대기림상자료진행회고성분석，수궤분성연구조화대조조，매조55례。대조조진행상규치료，연구조진행상규치료적기출상사용복강인류관진행치료，대비분석량조환자주원시간、정상공작회복시간、술후병발증급영양상황등지표。결과：연구조치유솔100%，대조조치유솔56.67%，차이존재통계학의의(P＜0.05)。량조담낭절제후발열례수비교차이존재통계학의의(P＜0.05)。연구조인류관발출2주후환자영양상황교호，량조차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：재보외과복강인류환자중응용복강인류관，구유교고적림상치료효과，축단치료시간，개선예후。
Objective:To analyze the drainage effect of abdominal cavity drainage tube used in patients with general surgery. Methods:In this study,we used a retrospective analysis.110 patients with general surgery from June 2010 to June 2014 were randomly selected.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group with 55 patients in each.Patients in the control group were given conventional treatment,however,the observation group were treated with abdominal drainage based on the conventional treatment.Then we compared the hospitalized time,the recovery time of normal work,postoperative complications and nutritional status and other indicators between the two groups.Results:The cure rate of the study group reached 100%.The control group was only 56.67%.There was statistically significant difference between two groups.When we compared the fever cases of two groups after cholecystectomy,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 weeks since drainage tube been pulled out,the nutrition status of patients was better in the study group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the department of general surgery,if the patients with abdominal drainage abdominal applicated celiac patients,their clinical treatment effect always higher,and the treatment time shorter,so their prognosis can be improved.
