目的：探讨社区医院综合内科住院部10年脑血管病的变化。方法：2004-2013年收治首发脑血管病患者547例，回顾性分析患者的临床资料。结果：脑血管病占内科出院患者的构成比呈逐年上升趋势；脑血栓和多发腔隙性脑梗死的发病率呈逐年上升的趋势后维持在一定水平，脑出血等出血性疾病的发病率呈逐年下降的趋势，脑栓塞及其他脑血管疾病的发病率因病例偏少没有显著变化。结论：社区医院综合内科住院部10年脑缺血性疾病的发病率逐年升高，临床应着重对脑血栓和脑动脉硬化进行有效的防治。
목적：탐토사구의원종합내과주원부10년뇌혈관병적변화。방법：2004-2013년수치수발뇌혈관병환자547례，회고성분석환자적림상자료。결과：뇌혈관병점내과출원환자적구성비정축년상승추세；뇌혈전화다발강극성뇌경사적발병솔정축년상승적추세후유지재일정수평，뇌출혈등출혈성질병적발병솔정축년하강적추세，뇌전새급기타뇌혈관질병적발병솔인병례편소몰유현저변화。결론：사구의원종합내과주원부10년뇌결혈성질병적발병솔축년승고，림상응착중대뇌혈전화뇌동맥경화진행유효적방치。
Objective:To investigate the changes of cerebral vascular disease in 10 years in comprehensive medical inpatient of community hospital.Methods:547 patients with starting cerebrovascular disease were selected from 2004 to 2013 in comprehensive medical inpatient of community hospital.The clinical data of patients were retrospective analyzed.Results:Cerebrovascular disease accounted constituent ratio of internal medicine patients discharged upward trend year by year.The incidence of thrombosis and multiple lacunar infarction showed an increasing trend,and then maintained at a certain level.The incidence of cerebral hemorrhage and other bleeding disorders showed a declining trend.The incidence of cerebral embolism and other cerebrovascular disease did not change significantly because of too few cases.Conclusion:The incidence of cerebral vascular disease in 10 years in comprehensive medical inpatient of community hospital has increased year by year.In clinical,the effective prevention and treatment of cerebral thrombosis and cerebral atherosclerosis should be focus on.
