目的：应用循证护理的方法提高急症剖宫产手术患者的手术舒适度，并总结护理措施及护理效果。方法：2011年9月-2013年9月收治急症剖宫产手术患者350例，随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组按常规的手术护理，观察组除按常规的手术护理外实施循证护理，并对临床资料进行回顾分析。结果：利用监测、观察和问卷调查的方法，对两组患者术中、术后舒适度和手术的成功率进行比较，观察组发生术中躁动、低体温、寒颤明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)，出现术后腰背和小腿酸痛的情况明显低于对照组(P=0.01)，观察组全部顺利完成手术，明显优于对照组的83.3%(P=-0.01)，两组间差异有统计学意义。结论：应用循证护理的方法能有效提高急症剖宫产手术患者的手术舒适度和手术成功率，提高患者满意度，值得临床推广采用。

목적：응용순증호리적방법제고급증부궁산수술환자적수술서괄도，병총결호리조시급호리효과。방법：2011년9월-2013년9월수치급증부궁산수술환자350례，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，대조조안상규적수술호리，관찰조제안상규적수술호리외실시순증호리，병대림상자료진행회고분석。결과：이용감측、관찰화문권조사적방법，대량조환자술중、술후서괄도화수술적성공솔진행비교，관찰조발생술중조동、저체온、한전명현저우대조조(P＜0.05)，출현술후요배화소퇴산통적정황명현저우대조조(P=0.01)，관찰조전부순리완성수술，명현우우대조조적83.3%(P=-0.01)，량조간차이유통계학의의。결론：응용순증호리적방법능유효제고급증부궁산수술환자적수술서괄도화수술성공솔，제고환자만의도，치득림상추엄채용。
Objective:To improve operation comfort in patients with emergency cesarean section operation after application of evidence-based nursing method,and summarize the nursing measures and its nursing effect.Methods:350 patients with emergency caesarean operation were selected from September 2011 to September 2013.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.Patients in the control group were nursing according to the standard of operation care,and in the observation group were implemented evidence-based nursing in addition to routine operation care,then we retrospectively analyzed the clinical data.Results:We used the method of monitoring,observation and questionnaire to compare the comfort during and after operation in patients of the two groups,and also compared the success rate of the operation.The result showed that in the observation group agitation,hypothermia and shivering occurred during the operation were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);furthermore,ache of low back and leg after operation was significantly lower than that of the control group(P=0.01);all patients of the observation group was successfully completed the operation,significantly better than the control group of 83.3% (P=-0.01),and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups.Conclusion:Application of evidence-based nursing care can effectively improve the operation comfort in patient with cesarean section operation,in addation, it can improve the success rate of operation and the satisfaction of patients,so it is worthy of clinical application.
