目的：探讨护理标识对住院患者大小便标本留取依从性的影响。方法：自制护理标识，对比护理标识使用前后住院患者大小便标本的留取及留取及时情况。结果：观察组大小便标本留取率优于对照组，组间比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)；观察组大小便标本留取及时率优于对照组，组间比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：护理标识的应用有效地规范了护士的行为，将健康教育落实到位，从而提高了患者的依从性。

목적：탐토호리표식대주원환자대소편표본류취의종성적영향。방법：자제호리표식，대비호리표식사용전후주원환자대소편표본적류취급류취급시정황。결과：관찰조대소편표본류취솔우우대조조，조간비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.01)；관찰조대소편표본류취급시솔우우대조조，조간비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：호리표식적응용유효지규범료호사적행위，장건강교육락실도위，종이제고료환자적의종성。
Objective:To explore the influence of nursing marks on the compliance of sample collecting of feces and urine. Methods:We made the nursing marks.Before and after the use of nursing marks,we compared the taking and taking timely situation of feces and urine in hospitalized patients.Results:In the observation group,feces and urine sample collecting rate was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);in the observation group,taking timely rate of feces and urine sample was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Application of nursing marks effectively standardized nurses behavior can promote the implementation of health education,so as to improve the compliance of patients.
