目的:探析DSA技术应用于四肢血管造影中的诊断价值。方法:2013年2月-2014年6月收治行双下肢动脉血管造影患者32例,对资料进行回顾性分析。结果:本组32例患者共进行59次曝光,52次(88.1%)造影后图像可动态清晰显示下肢血管解剖结构及血管情况,7次(11.8%)造影后图像无法动态清晰显示下肢血管解剖结构及血管情况,经及时造影处理后血管图像清晰。32例患者血管造影检查后,血管正常1例,血管瘤9例,急性下肢动脉闭塞14例,下肢动脉粥样硬化8例。结论:DSA对比剂跟踪技术是一种可观察全程血液结构的新手段,不仅缩短了检查时间,提高了临床工作效率,而且极大减少了患者辐射剂量及对比剂用量。应用于四肢血管造影中,可清晰反映出血管内病变情况,对临床诊断具有重要价值,值得推广应用。

목적:탐석DSA기술응용우사지혈관조영중적진단개치。방법:2013년2월-2014년6월수치행쌍하지동맥혈관조영환자32례,대자료진행회고성분석。결과:본조32례환자공진행59차폭광,52차(88.1%)조영후도상가동태청석현시하지혈관해부결구급혈관정황,7차(11.8%)조영후도상무법동태청석현시하지혈관해부결구급혈관정황,경급시조영처리후혈관도상청석。32례환자혈관조영검사후,혈관정상1례,혈관류9례,급성하지동맥폐새14례,하지동맥죽양경화8례。결론:DSA대비제근종기술시일충가관찰전정혈액결구적신수단,불부축단료검사시간,제고료림상공작효솔,이차겁대감소료환자복사제량급대비제용량。응용우사지혈관조영중,가청석반영출혈관내병변정황,대림상진단구유중요개치,치득추엄응용。
Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of the application of DSA technology in limb angiography.Methods:32 patients with double lower limb artery angiography were selected from February 2013 to June 2014.The data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:32 patients in this group received a total of 59 exposures.After 52 times(88.1%) angiography,the image could be dynamic clearly show lower extremity vascular anatomy and vascular conditions.After 7 times(11.8% ) angiography,the image could not be dynamic clearly show lower extremity vascular anatomy and vascular conditions,and the vascular image was clearly after imaging processing in time.After angiography of 32 patients,1 case was normal blood vessels;9 cases were hemangioma;14 cases were acute lower limb artery occlusion;8 cases were lower limb artherosclerosis.Conclusion:DSA contrast agent tracking technology is a new method to observe the whole blood structure.It not only can shorten the examination time and improve the clinical work efficiency,but also can greatly reduce the patient radiation dose and dose of contrast agents.Its application in limb angiography can clearly reflect the intravascular lesions situation,and it has a significant value in clinical diagnosis.It is worthy of popularization and application.
