目的：探讨四肢骨折内固定术后感染的中西医结合治疗。方法：2010年10月-2012年10月收治四肢骨折内固定术后感染患者32例，回顾性分析其临床资料，记录治疗结果，总结治疗经验。结果：本组32例患者伤口与骨折均愈合，切口愈合时间21～74 d，临床骨折愈合时间平均11个月，6个月的随访显示未发生继发感染与继发性骨髓炎。结论：骨折与内固定手术引起的骨及软组织损伤是引起内固定感染的最主要因素，根据患者具体情况给予有效的治疗与控制措施能确保患者康复，取得良好的临床效果。

목적：탐토사지골절내고정술후감염적중서의결합치료。방법：2010년10월-2012년10월수치사지골절내고정술후감염환자32례，회고성분석기림상자료，기록치료결과，총결치료경험。결과：본조32례환자상구여골절균유합，절구유합시간21～74 d，림상골절유합시간평균11개월，6개월적수방현시미발생계발감염여계발성골수염。결론：골절여내고정수술인기적골급연조직손상시인기내고정감염적최주요인소，근거환자구체정황급여유효적치료여공제조시능학보환자강복，취득량호적림상효과。
Objective:To explore the traditional Chinese and western medicine combination treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine combination.Methods:32 patients with infection after limb fracture internal fixation were selected from October 2010 to October 2012.The treatment data were retrospectively analyzed.The treatment results were recorded.The treatment experiences were summarized.Results:The wounds and fractures of 32 patients in this group were healed,and the healing time was 21~74 days.The average clinical fracture healing was 11 months.6 months follow-up showed no occurrence of secondary infection and secondary osteomyelitis.Conclusion:Bone and soft tissue injury caused by fracture and internal fixation surgery are the main factors causing internal fixation infection.According to the specific circumstances of patients,giving effective treatment and control measures can ensure the rehabilitation of patients.It has good clinical effect.
