目的：探讨甲沟炎的有效治疗方法，降低复发率。方法：回顾性分析45例甲沟炎患者的临床资料，急性甲沟炎早期13例采用保守治疗；甲缘组织较少的嵌甲型18例、扁平型1例，采用甲床部分切除术18例，全甲拔除术1例；甲缘组织较多、较厚的嵌甲型12例，扁平型1例，行甲床部分切除加指(趾)侧面梭形整形术。结果：术后随访6～12个月。保守治疗治愈10例，复发3例；甲床部分切除术治愈17例，复发1例，全甲拔除术1例复发；甲床部分切除加指(趾)侧面梭形整形术治愈12例，复发1例。结论：针对性选择治疗方法，切实地进行健康教育，能保证治疗效果，降低甲沟炎的复发率。
목적：탐토갑구염적유효치료방법，강저복발솔。방법：회고성분석45례갑구염환자적림상자료，급성갑구염조기13례채용보수치료；갑연조직교소적감갑형18례、편평형1례，채용갑상부분절제술18례，전갑발제술1례；갑연조직교다、교후적감갑형12례，편평형1례，행갑상부분절제가지(지)측면사형정형술。결과：술후수방6～12개월。보수치료치유10례，복발3례；갑상부분절제술치유17례，복발1례，전갑발제술1례복발；갑상부분절제가지(지)측면사형정형술치유12례，복발1례。결론：침대성선택치료방법，절실지진행건강교육，능보증치료효과，강저갑구염적복발솔。
Objective:To explore the effective treatment of paronychia,to reduce the recurrence rate.Methods:The clinical data of 45 patients with paronychia were retrospectively analyzed.13 cases of early acute paronychia were given conservative treatment.18 cases of acronyx type with less nail margin tissue and 1 case of platypelloid type were given 18 cases of nail bed partial resection and 1 case of full nail extraction.12 cases of acronyx type with more and thicker nail margin tissue and 1 case of platypelloid type were given nail bed partial resection and finger(toe) side fusiform plasty.Results:Patients were followed up for 6~12 months.10 cases with conservative treatment were cured,and 3 cases were recurrence.17 cases with nail bed partial resection were cured,and 1 case was recurrence.1 case of full nail extraction was recurrence.12 cases with nail bed partial resection and finger(toe) side fusiform plasty were cured,and 1 case was recurrence.Conclusion:The targeted choice of treatment effect and actually giving health education can ensure the treatment effect,and reduce the recurrence rate of paronychia.
