Ipratropium bromide solution%Albuterol sulfate solution%Budesonide%Pneumonia in children%Ambroxol
目的：观察评价雾化吸入异丙托溴铵溶液、吸入硫酸沙丁胺醇溶液、吸入布地奈德混悬液三联混合溶液雾化吸入佐治小儿肺炎的临床疗效。方法：2012年8月-2013年3月收治小儿肺炎患儿60例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组30例。4岁以下治疗组采用0.9%氯化钠注射液3 mL+吸入用异丙托溴铵溶液0.5 mL+吸入硫酸沙丁胺醇溶液0.25 mL+吸入用布地奈德混悬液1 mg 雾化吸入，2次/d；对照组予0.9%氯化钠注射液2～3 mL+盐酸氨溴索溶液7.5 mg雾化吸入，2次/d。治疗组和对照组均采用综合治疗，如应用抗生素、必要时吸氧、对症退热等处理。记录统计患儿临床疗效，咳嗽消失时间，啰音消失时间。综合分析作统计学处理。结果：治疗组取得较好疗效，且优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：吸入异丙托溴铵溶液、吸入硫酸沙丁胺醇溶液、吸入布地奈德混悬液三联混合溶液雾化吸入佐治小儿肺炎疗效佳，临床医师和患儿家属满意，依从性好，可供临床医师参考和推广应用。

목적：관찰평개무화흡입이병탁추안용액、흡입류산사정알순용액、흡입포지내덕혼현액삼련혼합용액무화흡입좌치소인폐염적림상료효。방법：2012년8월-2013년3월수치소인폐염환인60례，수궤분위치료조화대조조，매조30례。4세이하치료조채용0.9%록화납주사액3 mL+흡입용이병탁추안용액0.5 mL+흡입류산사정알순용액0.25 mL+흡입용포지내덕혼현액1 mg 무화흡입，2차/d；대조조여0.9%록화납주사액2～3 mL+염산안추색용액7.5 mg무화흡입，2차/d。치료조화대조조균채용종합치료，여응용항생소、필요시흡양、대증퇴열등처리。기록통계환인림상료효，해수소실시간，라음소실시간。종합분석작통계학처리。결과：치료조취득교호료효，차우우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：흡입이병탁추안용액、흡입류산사정알순용액、흡입포지내덕혼현액삼련혼합용액무화흡입좌치소인폐염료효가，림상의사화환인가속만의，의종성호，가공림상의사삼고화추엄응용。
Objective:To observe and evaluate the effect of inhalation of ipratropium bromide solution,inhalation of salbutamol sulfatesolution,inhalation of budesonide suspension combined mixed solution inhalation in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia. Methods:60 patients with pneumonia were selected from August 2012 to March 2013.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 30 cases in each.Children under 4 years old treatment group were given saline 3 mL+ipratropium bromide inhalation solution 0.5 mL+inhaled albuterol sulfate solution 0.25 mL+budesonide inhalation suspension 1 mg,inhalation,2 times/d.The control group were given saline 2~3 mL+ambroxol hydrochloride solution 7.5 mg,inhalation,2 times/d.The treatment and the control groups were combined therapy such as antibiotics,if necessary,used oxygen,fever and other symptomatic treatment.We recorded the clinical efficacy in patients with cough disappeared time,rales disappeared time and comprehensive analyzed for statistical analysis.Results:The treatment group achieved good effect, better than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Inhalation of ipratropium bromide solution,inhalation of salbutamol sulfatesolution,inhalation of budesonide suspension combined mixed solution inhalation has good effect on children pneumonia.Clinicians and family members of patients satisfies with it,and compliance is good.It can be the reference for clinicians and application.
