目的：探讨儿科重症肺炎的临床治疗方法及效果。方法：2010年1月-2013年8月收治重症肺炎患儿62例，随机分为观察组与对照组，各31例。对照组应用常规综合治疗，观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用丙种球蛋白静注。对比分析两组的疗效。结果：两组均无死亡病例，观察组的退热时间、啰音消失时间、气促及咳嗽缓解时间、并发症控制时间、胸部阴影的吸收时间及住院时间均较对照组显著缩短，比较差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：对于儿科重症肺炎患者在常规治疗的基础上应用丙种球蛋白辅助治疗可缩短疗程，促进病情的康复，值得推广应用。

목적：탐토인과중증폐염적림상치료방법급효과。방법：2010년1월-2013년8월수치중증폐염환인62례，수궤분위관찰조여대조조，각31례。대조조응용상규종합치료，관찰조재상규치료적기출상가용병충구단백정주。대비분석량조적료효。결과：량조균무사망병례，관찰조적퇴열시간、라음소실시간、기촉급해수완해시간、병발증공제시간、흉부음영적흡수시간급주원시간균교대조조현저축단，비교차이균구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：대우인과중증폐염환자재상규치료적기출상응용병충구단백보조치료가축단료정，촉진병정적강복，치득추엄응용。
Objective:To investigate the methods of treatment and its clinical effect on severe pneumonia in the department of pediatric.Methods:62 children with severe pneumonia were selected from January 2010 to August 2013.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 31 cases in each.Patients in the control group were given routine treatment,and patients in the observation group were added intravenous injection of gamma globulin based on the conventional therapy.Then we compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:There were no death cases in two groups.The cooling time,rales disappearance time,shortness of breath and cough relief time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group;moreove,control time of complications,the absorption time and hospitalization time of chest shadow also shorter in the observation group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of gamma globulin therapy on the basis of conventional therapy in children with severe pneumonia can shorten the course of treatment,and promote the rehabilitation of the disease,so it is worthy of popularization and application.
