目的：探讨骨化三醇加阿伦磷酸钠治疗骨质疏松症的临床效果。方法：2012年6月-2013年5月收治骨质疏松症患者82例，随机均匀分为两组，试验组服用骨化三醇加阿伦膦酸钠进行治疗，对照组仅服用阿伦膦酸钠进行治疗，观察两组患者治疗后的骨痛情况和BMD水平。结果：试验组28例效果显著，有效10例，有效率92.7%；对照组21例效果显著，有效11例，有效率78%。两组患者的BMD水平均得到提高，但试验组提高幅度大于对照组。结论：骨化三醇加阿伦磷酸钠治疗骨质疏松症的疗效显著，但应根据患者情况适当调节药物的服用量，避免出现不良反应。
목적：탐토골화삼순가아륜린산납치료골질소송증적림상효과。방법：2012년6월-2013년5월수치골질소송증환자82례，수궤균균분위량조，시험조복용골화삼순가아륜련산납진행치료，대조조부복용아륜련산납진행치료，관찰량조환자치료후적골통정황화BMD수평。결과：시험조28례효과현저，유효10례，유효솔92.7%；대조조21례효과현저，유효11례，유효솔78%。량조환자적BMD수평균득도제고，단시험조제고폭도대우대조조。결론：골화삼순가아륜린산납치료골질소송증적료효현저，단응근거환자정황괄당조절약물적복용량，피면출현불량반응。
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of calcitriol and alendronate in the treatment of osteoporosis.Methods:82 patients with osteoporosis cases were selected from June 2012 to May 2013.They were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group were treated with calcitriol and alendronate,however,the control group only taking alendronate.Then we observed the bone pain and BMD level of the two groups after treatment.Results:In the experimental group,therapeutic effect of 28 cases with significant,10 cases with effective,and the effective rate was 92.7%;in the control group,therapeutic effect of 21 cases with significant,11 cases with effective,the effective rate was 78%.The BMD levels of two groups both were improved but the experimental group was greater than that of the control group.Conclusion:Calcitriol and alendronate in the treatment of osteoporosis has remarkable curative effect,but the dosage of drugs should be adjustted appropriate according to the stuation of patients,in order to avoid adverse reactions.
