目的：探讨肾上腺素能阻滞剂控制高血压危象方法效果。方法对40例高血压危象患者迅速降压治疗。结果40例患者中临床显效患者有28例，有效患者10例，无效患者有2例。结论采取降压治疗使血压迅速而适度地下降，根据血压随时调整降压药物剂量，尽快将血压降低至合理范围。
目的：探討腎上腺素能阻滯劑控製高血壓危象方法效果。方法對40例高血壓危象患者迅速降壓治療。結果40例患者中臨床顯效患者有28例，有效患者10例，無效患者有2例。結論採取降壓治療使血壓迅速而適度地下降，根據血壓隨時調整降壓藥物劑量，儘快將血壓降低至閤理範圍。
목적：탐토신상선소능조체제공제고혈압위상방법효과。방법대40례고혈압위상환자신속강압치료。결과40례환자중림상현효환자유28례，유효환자10례，무효환자유2례。결론채취강압치료사혈압신속이괄도지하강，근거혈압수시조정강압약물제량，진쾌장혈압강저지합리범위。
Objective The effect of adrenergic blockers’ control of hypertensive crisis is to be discussed.Methods The antihypertensive treatment was adopted quickly to treat 40 cases of patients with hypertensive crisis.Results Among 40 cases of patients, there are 28 cases with clinical marked effect, 10 effective cases and 2 ineffective cases.Conclusion The antihypertensive treatment is adopted to decrease the blood pressure in a quick and moderate way. The dose of the antihypertensive drugs needs to be adjusted at any time according to the blood pressure to decrease it in a reasonable range as soon as possible.
