目的：本文针对小儿散发性病毒性脑炎的临床特点及脑电图变化进行探讨。方法选择2013年4月~2014年4月入院接受治疗的小儿散发性病毒性脑炎患儿160例。分别给予其不同治疗，分析治疗效果及脑电图变化。结果160例患儿中，治愈140例，好转20例，无死亡病例。结论对于小儿散发性病毒性脑炎来讲，其预后效果良好；在诊断该疾病时，脑电图发挥重要的作用。
목적：본문침대소인산발성병독성뇌염적림상특점급뇌전도변화진행탐토。방법선택2013년4월~2014년4월입원접수치료적소인산발성병독성뇌염환인160례。분별급여기불동치료，분석치료효과급뇌전도변화。결과160례환인중，치유140례，호전20례，무사망병례。결론대우소인산발성병독성뇌염래강，기예후효과량호；재진단해질병시，뇌전도발휘중요적작용。
Objective This paper was discussed the characteristics of the symptoms of pediatric sporadic viral encephalitis and eeg changes.Methods From April 2013~April 2014 select 160 cases of sporadic viral encephalitis children in our hospital. Given the different treatment, analyze the therapeutic effect and EEG changes.Results In the 160 cases,140 cases cured,20 cases got improvement,no deaths. Conclusion For the disease of children with sporadic viral encephalitis, the prognosis is good. To the diagnosis of the disease, the EEG play an important role.
