Persistent occipitoposterior position%Rectify by hand%Childbirth
目的：观察持续性枕后位的临床处理方法效果。方法选择经B超检查证实为枕后位的产妇30例生产时处理方法进行分析。结果纠正成功20例，经阴道分娩24例，自然分娩22例，产钳助娩4例（其中3例宫缩乏力，1例巨大儿），剖宫产4例。结论应根据产程的不同阶段、头盆关系和胎儿情况而采用不同的方法。

Objective The effect of clinical treatment methods of persistent occipitopsterior position to be investigated.Methods Making an analysis of treatment methods data selected from 30 cases of patients with persistent occipitoposterior position confirmed by ultrasonography.Results Of al cases,20 cases are rectified and 24 cases are vaginal delivery and 22 cases are natural childbirth,4 childbirth cases are assisted by forceps (3 cases are uterine inertia,one is giant baby),4 cases are taken as cesarean section.Conclusion It is suggested that different treatment methods be applied based on different phrases during pregnancy,the position of the baby’s head and the fetus state.
