目的：分析血透患者内瘘穿刺致血肿病因预防以及护理对策。方法资料选自2013年3月至2014年3月在本院接受内瘘穿刺的68例血透患者，随机分为实验组和对照组。给予对照组行预防治疗，对照组加以护理干预，对比两组患者实际护理效果。结果实验组的总有效率、护理的满意度均优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论血透患者内瘘穿刺后血肿由多种因素而致，需要医护人员予以预防以及护理对策，从而提升患者依从性。
목적：분석혈투환자내루천자치혈종병인예방이급호리대책。방법자료선자2013년3월지2014년3월재본원접수내루천자적68례혈투환자，수궤분위실험조화대조조。급여대조조행예방치료，대조조가이호리간예，대비량조환자실제호리효과。결과실험조적총유효솔、호리적만의도균우우대조조（P<0.05）。결론혈투환자내루천자후혈종유다충인소이치，수요의호인원여이예방이급호리대책，종이제승환자의종성。
Objective To analyze fistula in hemodialysis patients puncture hematoma caused by etiology prevention and nursing countermeasures.Methods The data in March 2013 to March 2014 in our hospital to accept fistula puncture in 68 cases of hemodialysis patients,randomly divided into experimental group and control group.For the prevention and treatment of the control line,the control group and nursing intervention,compared two groups of patients with the actual effect of nursing care.Results The total effective rate of experimental group,nursing satisfaction were better than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Internal fistula puncture hematoma after hemodialysis patients by a variety of factors,need medical personnel to prevention and nursing countermeasures,so as to enhance their compliance.
