The selective spinal nerve root amputation(SPR)%Nursing cooperation
目的：探讨选择性脊神经后根切断术（SPR）护理配合。方法对30例脑瘫患者行选择性脊神经后根切断术（SPR）治疗的术中护理配合方法进行分析。结果30例脑瘫患者经治疗，肌紧张得到缓解，手术顺利完成，效果满意。结论熟悉手术步骤，做好术后准备和术中护理配合工作，为手术顺利做出保证。
目的：探討選擇性脊神經後根切斷術（SPR）護理配閤。方法對30例腦癱患者行選擇性脊神經後根切斷術（SPR）治療的術中護理配閤方法進行分析。結果30例腦癱患者經治療，肌緊張得到緩解，手術順利完成，效果滿意。結論熟悉手術步驟，做好術後準備和術中護理配閤工作，為手術順利做齣保證。
목적：탐토선택성척신경후근절단술（SPR）호리배합。방법대30례뇌탄환자행선택성척신경후근절단술（SPR）치료적술중호리배합방법진행분석。결과30례뇌탄환자경치료，기긴장득도완해，수술순리완성，효과만의。결론숙실수술보취，주호술후준비화술중호리배합공작，위수술순리주출보증。
Objective To discuss the selective spinal nerve root amputation(SPR) nursing cooperation.Methods To analysis the 30 cerebral palsy patients adopt the selective spinal nerve root amputation(SPR) treatment with methods of intraoperative care cases.Results After the treatment,30 cases of cerebral palsy patients eased muscle tension,the operation and the effect was completed and satisfied.Conclusion familiar with the operation steps,did wel preparation in operation and intraoperative nursing coordination to ensure the operation smoothly.
