为了更好选择适合大叶女贞生长的育苗基质，采用腐叶土、园土、河沙配比进行大叶女贞育苗试验，比较了不同配比基质对大叶女贞的地径、苗高、总叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明，河沙：园土：腐叶土配比为1：1：1的基质育苗效果最好，3次测量平均苗高为139．8cm,地径为0．92cm,总叶绿素含量为2．4，可在生产中推广使用。
위료경호선택괄합대협녀정생장적육묘기질，채용부협토、완토、하사배비진행대협녀정육묘시험，비교료불동배비기질대대협녀정적지경、묘고、총협록소함량적영향。결과표명，하사：완토：부협토배비위1：1：1적기질육묘효과최호，3차측량평균묘고위139．8cm,지경위0．92cm,총협록소함량위2．4，가재생산중추엄사용。
In order to select the suitable for Ligusrtun Lucidun Ait growth of medium,Using Leaf Mould, garden soil, riversand ratio for Seedling Cultivation ,Comparison of the different ratio medium of Ligusrtun Lucidun Ait ground diameter, seedling height, total chlorophyll content,The results show that the form H3 (riversand∶garden soil∶Leaf Mould=1∶1∶1)is the best one among the four treatments,Three measuring average shoot height is 139.8 cm, 0.92 CM in diameter,total chlorophyll content was 2.4,It could be popularized in the produc-tion.
