通过5种蔬菜、基质、钝化剂、重金属浓度对4种重金属(汞、锌、铜、铅)吸附能力的正交试验,研究表明,蔬菜品种的重金属吸收浓度比蔬菜的生物产量在吸收重金属过程中更重要。吸收重金属量:冬苋菜<大白菜<甜菜<小白菜<排菜。菌渣最有利于减少蔬菜对重金属的吸收,5种基质对蔬菜重金属吸收量的抑制效果依次分别为:菌渣>土壤>炉渣>沙>珍珠岩。钝化能力:硅肥>EDTA>石灰,磷肥则增加蔬菜吸收重金属,没有钝化效果,只能用于净化土壤重金属。被污染土壤的重金属浓度较低时能促进植株生长,当重金属达到一定浓度时才会抑制植株的生长,浓度越高抑制作用越明显。

The orthogonalexperim entw ere studied on the four kinds of heavy m etaladsorption capacity through five kinds of vegetables, substrate, passivator and heavy m etal concentration. The results show ed that in the process of absorbing heavy m etals, the vegetables’ absorbing concentration ofheavy m etals w as m ore im portantthan the biologicalyield ofvegetables.The absorbtion capacity ofheavy m etals by vegetables in turn w ere:w inter am aranth< C hinese cabbage < sugarbeet< pakchoi< paicai.The testalso dem onstrated thatM ushroom cultivating residue w as the m ostbeneficialto reduce the absorption ofheavy m etals by vegetables,five kinds ofsubstrate inhibition effectof vegetables heavy m etaluptake in turn w ere:m ushroom cultivate residue > soil> slag > sand > perlite.W ith respectto passivation ability, silicon fertilizer w as the strongest,follow ed ED TA ,lim e .The phosphatic fertilizer could increase vegetables’ absorption of heavy m etal and had no passivation effect,so it only can be used for purification heavy m etal of soil.Finally,It can conclude that low concentration contam inated in soilofheavy m etalcould prom ote plantgrow th,butw hen itreach a certain concentration,heavy m etals w ould restrain the grow th ofthe plant,the higherconcentration ofheavy m etalofvegetables,the m ore obviousinhibitory effectofvegetablesw illem erge .
