The sintering machine head and tail sealing, distributor, lubrication system, single roll crusher and the main transmission system were analyzed and transformed.The influence of operation reliability for the sinte-ring machine such as leakage, low efficiency, serious cloth equipment wear, the high failure rate etc are solved.Re-duce the equipment failure rate and energy consumption of sintering, reduce the equipment repair costs, greatly im-prove the reliability of equipment operation, improve the output and quality of sinter machine, greate considerable e-conomic benefits.
