首先在分析布料器工况的基础上,设计了一种基于滑触线技术的半闭式高压水冷方式,阐述了煤气进入布料器内部的危害,并设计了双槽煤气密封系统。采用该冷却及密封方案,能够有效控制煤气进入布料器内部,改善内部环境,冷却效果也进一步增强。
首先在分析佈料器工況的基礎上,設計瞭一種基于滑觸線技術的半閉式高壓水冷方式,闡述瞭煤氣進入佈料器內部的危害,併設計瞭雙槽煤氣密封繫統。採用該冷卻及密封方案,能夠有效控製煤氣進入佈料器內部,改善內部環境,冷卻效果也進一步增彊。

Based on the analysis of the distributor’ s conditions, this paper design a semi closed high pres-sure water cooling method based on sliding contact line, and then describes the harm of gas getting into distributor in-side, and the design of the double groove gas seal system.Adopting the cooling and sealing scheme, can effectively control the gas into the distributor, to improve the internal environment, and further enhance the cooling effect.
