选用雷诺平均Navier-Stokes方程,采用标准κ-ε模型,定义专门的边界模型条件,运用流体分析软件对圆弧波浪式筛板和直条式筛板的洗选过程分别进行数值模拟,得出了原煤颗粒入流速度为2m/s时,两种筛板在洗选过程中的速度分布图、密度分布图,根据模拟结果分析,对传统的直条式筛板进行优化设计,设计出圆弧波浪式筛板并进行工业性试验,与传统的直条式筛板的透筛物和分选效果进行比较,比较结果表明圆弧波浪式筛板在筛选效果上比直条式筛板更具有优越性,同时也验证了湍流模型选取的合理性。

We choose Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes equations, using the standardκ-εmodel, definiting the specific boundary model conditions, compiling the corresponding program,separately simulating the washing process of the circular wave-sieve plate and the straight-type sieve plate on the basis of the fluid analysis software, getting the density contours and the Velocity profile of two kinds of sieve model washing process when the raw coal particles injecting velocity is 2 meters per second. According to the analysis of simulation results. We optimize the straight-type sieve plate, Designing the arc wave type sieve plate and doing the industrial test, Comparing with the results of the straight-type sieve plate, The experimental result shows that the circular wave-sieve plate have more advantages than the straight-type sieve plate. The rationality of turbulence model selection and feasibility of fluid analysis program are proven.
