目的：分析老年骨质疏松患者骨折高危因素并探讨其护理对策。方法选取2010年6月至2013年5月于本院进行诊治的385例老年骨质疏松患者为研究对象，将其中骨折发生率进行统计，并对不同性别、年龄、BMI、骨折家族史、饮食情况、基础疾病情况及社会支持情况者的骨折发生率进行比较，同时对上述因素与骨折的关系进行Logistic回归分析，针对高危因素对患者进行护理干预。结果女性、年龄较高、低BMI、有骨折家族史者、低钙饮食、并发症基础疾病及低社会支持者的骨折发生率高于其他老年患者(P<0.05)，且经Logistic回归分析显示其均与骨折的发生有密切的相关性(P均<0.05)。结论性别、年龄、BMI、骨折家族史、饮食情况、基础疾病情况及社会支持程度均对老年骨质疏松患者骨折的发生产生一定的影响，应针对上述因素给予患者针对性护理干预。

Objective To analyze and investigate the high risk factors of fracture in elderly patients with os-teoporosis and to study the nursing countermeasures. Methods A total of 385 elderly patients with osteoporosis in our hospital from June 2010 to May 2013 were selected as research objects, and the fracture rate was analyzed. The rate of patients with different gender, ages, BMI, family history of fractures, diet situation, basic disease situation and social support situation were compared. Then correction between those factors and fracture was analyzed by Logistic analysis, and all the patients were intervened with pertinent nursing intervention. Results The fracture rate of female patients, patients with higher ages, lower BMI, family history of fractures, low calcium diet, basic disease and lower social support degree were all significantly higher than those of other elderly patients, and Logistic analysis showed that these factors were all closely related to the fracture was, all with P<0.05. Conclusion The gender, ages, BMI, family history of fractures, diet situation, basic disease situation and social support situation all play influence role in the fracture of elderly patients with osteoporosis, and the patients should be given pertinent nursing intervention ac-cording to those factors.
