目的:探讨脑脊液中S-100B蛋白、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)检测在小儿病毒性脑炎诊断中的临床价值。方法选取病毒性脑炎患儿34例,分为重症组11例和轻症组23例,选取排除颅内感染患儿19例为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测脑脊液中S-100B蛋白和MMP-9含量。结果病毒性脑炎组患儿脑脊液S-100B蛋白、MMP-9的水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.01);病毒性脑炎重症组脑脊液S-100B蛋白、MMP-9的水平均显著高于轻症组(P<0.01)。结论 S-100B蛋白、MMP-9参与病毒性脑炎的发病过程,联合检测对小儿病毒性脑炎的病情严重程度判断及预后评估具有重要参考价值。

목적:탐토뇌척액중S-100B단백、기질금속단백매-9(MMP-9)검측재소인병독성뇌염진단중적림상개치。방법선취병독성뇌염환인34례,분위중증조11례화경증조23례,선취배제로내감염환인19례위대조조,채용매련면역흡부법검측뇌척액중S-100B단백화MMP-9함량。결과병독성뇌염조환인뇌척액S-100B단백、MMP-9적수평균현저고우대조조(P<0.01);병독성뇌염중증조뇌척액S-100B단백、MMP-9적수평균현저고우경증조(P<0.01)。결론 S-100B단백、MMP-9삼여병독성뇌염적발병과정,연합검측대소인병독성뇌염적병정엄중정도판단급예후평고구유중요삼고개치。
Objective To study the clinical significance of the qualitative determination of S-100B protein and MMP-9 in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of children with viral encephalitis (VE). Methods Thirty-four children with viral encephalitis were selected, which were divided into severe group (11 cases) and mild group (23 cases). An-other 19 children without VE were selected as the control group. The level of S-100B protein and MMP-9 in cerebro-spinal fluid were determined under the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results CSF S-100B protein, MMP-9 levels were significantly higher in the two groups of children with viral encephalitis than the control group (P<0.01), which were also significantly higher in severe group than mild group (P<0.01). Conclusion S-100B protein, MMP-9 are involved in the pathogenesis of viral encephalitis, the joint detection of which provides significant refer-rence for evaluating the disease severity and prognosis.
