通过测定处理液中总蛋白含量,处理后酶脱毛时间和酶脱毛浴中的羟脯氨酸含量等研究了酶脱毛前预处理剂在不同温度、处理时间和表面活性剂的加入等条件下的应用性能,并考察了预处理对酶脱毛过程中皮胶原水解程度的影响。结果表明:预处理剂处理效果随着温度的升高、处理时间的延长和表面活性剂的加入而提高,并且预处理后酶脱毛更安全、有效。

Through the measurement of total protein in pretreated fluid, enzyme dehairing time after pretreat-ment and hydroxyproline content in enzyme dehairing fluid, the application performance of pretreating agent for enzyme dehairing was studied under the conditions of different temperatures, treating time and addition of surfactant. And the influence of pretreatment on the degree of hydrolysis of collagen during enzyme dehairing was investigated. The results demonstrate that the pretreating effect is enhanced with the improvement of tem-perature, the extension of treating time and the addition of surfactant. The enzyme dehairing after pretreatment is also more safe and effective.
