目的:比较慢性非细菌性前列腺炎(CAP)患者与正常人前列腺液(EPS)中细胞因子IL-6和IL-22的水平。方法选择24例CAP患者为实验组和10例健康人为对照组,分别取两组受试者的EPS,采用ELISA法检测其IL-6和IL-22水平。结果实验组IL-6值11.65 pg/ml (4.42~17.78 pg/ml),IL-22值(8.64±2.58) pg/ml;对照组IL-6值3.52 pg/ml (2.76~8.32 pg/ml),IL-22值(9.31±2.26) pg/ml。实验组IL-6水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01),但两组之间的IL-22水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 IL-6可能与CAP之间存在一定的关系, IL-6可能具有调节前列腺局部免疫反应的作用;而IL-22与CAP之间无明显联系,我们推测IL-22可能不参与前列腺的局部免疫反应。

목적:비교만성비세균성전렬선염(CAP)환자여정상인전렬선액(EPS)중세포인자IL-6화IL-22적수평。방법선택24례CAP환자위실험조화10례건강인위대조조,분별취량조수시자적EPS,채용ELISA법검측기IL-6화IL-22수평。결과실험조IL-6치11.65 pg/ml (4.42~17.78 pg/ml),IL-22치(8.64±2.58) pg/ml;대조조IL-6치3.52 pg/ml (2.76~8.32 pg/ml),IL-22치(9.31±2.26) pg/ml。실험조IL-6수평현저고우대조조(P<0.01),단량조지간적IL-22수평차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론 IL-6가능여CAP지간존재일정적관계, IL-6가능구유조절전렬선국부면역반응적작용;이IL-22여CAP지간무명현련계,아문추측IL-22가능불삼여전렬선적국부면역반응。
Objective To compare the levels of IL-6 and IL-22 in expressed prostatic secretion (EPS) of be-tween patients with chronic abacterial prostatitis (CAP) and healthy men. Methods Twenty-four patients with CAP were chosen as experimental group, and 10 healthy people were chosen as control group. The levels of IL-6 and IL-22 in EPS were detected by ELISA. Results The levels of IL-6 and IL-22 of experimental group were 11.65 pg/ml (4.42~17.78 pg/ml) and (8.64±2.58) pg/ml. The levels of IL-6 and IL-22 of control group were 3.52 pg/ml (2.76~8.32 pg/ml) and (9.31±2.26) pg/ml. Compared with the control group, the levels of IL-6 in experimental group was significantly higher (P<0.01), and the levels of IL-22 in experimental group showed no statistically significant dif-ference (P>0.05). Conclusion There may be a certain relation between IL-6 and CAP. IL-6 may regulate local im-mune response of prostate. There is no obvious relation between IL-22 and CAP, which indicates that IL-22 may not participate in the local immune response of prostate.
