该文根据《液压与气动》课程实践教学的需要,设计了一种PLC控制的多功能液压教学实验装置,并根据多功能操作要求介绍了实验装置的总体方案、液压和电气控制系统的设计原理。实践证明该多功能液压教学实验装置性能良好、工作可靠,完全能满足液压与气动实践教学方面的要求。

In order to meet the requirements of modern hydraulic teaching, this paper design a PLC-based controled multifunctional hydraulics teaching experiment device. It designs the overal program of the hydraulic system,and describes the overal scheme of the experimental device, hydraulic and electrical control according to multi-functional operating requirements design principles of the system. Practice has proved that the multi-function hydraulic good teaching experimental device performance, reliable, fuly able to meet the hydraulic and pneumatic practice teaching requirements.
