《烹饪化学》是烹饪工艺与营养的专业基础课，而《烹饪化学》实验课对培养学生的综合能力和学科素养具有重要的作用。我院在对烹饪化学实验课教学模式的摸索中，针对一些存在的问题在实验项目、实验模式、实验教学方法、实验课时和考核方式等方面进行了改革，取得了较好的教学效果，对提高学生解决实际问题、团队协作能力等综合素质起到积极作用。
《팽임화학》시팽임공예여영양적전업기출과，이《팽임화학》실험과대배양학생적종합능력화학과소양구유중요적작용。아원재대팽임화학실험과교학모식적모색중，침대일사존재적문제재실험항목、실험모식、실험교학방법、실험과시화고핵방식등방면진행료개혁，취득료교호적교학효과，대제고학생해결실제문제、단대협작능력등종합소질기도적겁작용。
“Cuisine chemistry” is a professional basic course of cooking technology and nutrition, and “cuisine chemistry” experiment course plays an important role in cultivating the students’ comprehensive ability and academic literacy. According to the experimen tal project, model, teaching method, the class hour and assessment methods, we tried to resolve some problems in the exploration of the teaching mode of Chemistry Experiment Teaching of in cooking, and achieved the good teaching effect, which positive effect on the improvement of comprehensive quality of students to solve practical problems, the team cooperation ability.
