目的：观察分析在社区居民中建立健康档案对于高血压防治的效果。方法在本社区卫生服务中心辖区内随机选取2011年~2013年的35例建立健康档案管理的高血压患者进行为期1年的观察，比较进行健康档案管理前后的患者血压变化、对高血压知识了解程度的变化。结果进行健康档案管理前后的患者血压、对高血压知识了解程度均有明显差异(均<0.05)。结论高血压患者健康档案的建立有利于正规、连续、系统性的治疗和随访，对于患者血压控制具有重要的意义。

Objective To observe the analysis in the community residents to establish health files for hypertension prevention and cure ef ect. Methods Randomly selected from within the jurisdiction area of the community health service centers in 2011~2013 35 to establish health archives management of patients with high blood pressure for a 1 year observation, comparison of health archives management of patients before and after the blood pressure change, the change of the degree of knowledge of hypertension. Results The patients' blood pressure before and after health records management, the degree of knowledge of hypertension were significant dif erences ( <0.05). Conclusion Hypertension patients health records of set ing up a regular, continuous, systematic treatment and fol ow-up, blood pressure control is of great importance for the patient.
