目的：探讨400 m障碍训练致战士半月板损伤的原因、MRI影像学表现及预防措施。方法630例在400 m障碍训练中出现膝关节疼痛、活动受限的战士，部分膝痛起初为阵发性，后为持续性，上下楼梯时疼痛加重，有的战士在训练过程中关节内有明显交锁现象，上述患者在门诊进行MRI检查。结果 MRI诊断：膝关节半月板损伤。结论 MRI在膝关节半月板损伤的诊断中是具有较大价值的一种无创性诊断手段，可为临床及时有效的治疗提供准确的影像学信息。
목적：탐토400 m장애훈련치전사반월판손상적원인、MRI영상학표현급예방조시。방법630례재400 m장애훈련중출현슬관절동통、활동수한적전사，부분슬통기초위진발성，후위지속성，상하루제시동통가중，유적전사재훈련과정중관절내유명현교쇄현상，상술환자재문진진행MRI검사。결과 MRI진단：슬관절반월판손상。결론 MRI재슬관절반월판손상적진단중시구유교대개치적일충무창성진단수단，가위림상급시유효적치료제공준학적영상학신식。
Objective To investigate the 400 meters obstacle course war ior meniscus reason,MRI imaging and preventive measures.Methods 630 knee pain occurs in the 400 meters obstacle training, activity limitation soldiers,part of the knee initial y as paroxysmal,persistent back,up and down the stairs when the pain worsened,some soldiers in the training process of intra-articular there are obvious interlocking phenomena in these patients outpatient MRI.Results MRI diagnosis:knee meniscus injury.Conclusion MRI is a noninvasive diagnostic tool with a larger value in the diagnosis of knee meniscus injury,you can provide accurate information for clinical imaging timely and ef ective treatment.
