目的：分析评价强迫症患者应用认知行为护理疗法的临床效果。方法随机将我院收治的100例患者分为对照组和观察组，并观察两组患者护理效果。结果干预前后Y-BOCS评分比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)，干预后比较观察组评分明显高于对照组，且两组相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论认知行为护理疗法在强迫症患者护理中应用效果显著，值得临床推广使用。

목적：분석평개강박증환자응용인지행위호리요법적림상효과。방법수궤장아원수치적100례환자분위대조조화관찰조，병관찰량조환자호리효과。결과간예전후Y-BOCS평분비교차이구유현저성(P<0.05)，간예후비교관찰조평분명현고우대조조，차량조상비차이구유현저성(P<0.05)。결론인지행위호리요법재강박증환자호리중응용효과현저，치득림상추엄사용。
Objective To analyze the clinical ef ect evaluation of patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder cognitive behavioral therapy.Methods A total of 100 cases in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group,two patients and observe the ef ect of nursing.Results The Y-BOCS scores were compared before and after the intervention had a significant dif erence ( <0.05),intervention in observation group were obviously higher than those in control group,and the dif erence between the two groups was significant( <0.05).Conclusion Cognitive behavioral therapy in the nursing of patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder in the application of ef ective,it is worth for clinical use.
