目的:探讨信息化管理系统应用于手术室护士绩效考核的效果。方法自2013年1~12月选择我院手术室护理人员60名随机分成观察组和对照组,观察组应用信息化管理绩效考核,对照组应用原绩效考核法,比较两种考核法护理人员满意度以及参加绩效考核所需时间,以及手术医生、麻醉师、患者对手术室护士的满意度。结果观察组在护理人员的满意度、手术医生、麻醉师、患者对手术室护士的满意度考核方面高于对照组(<0.05),考核所需时间也比对照组短(<0.05),差异均有统计学意义。结论采用护士绩效考核的信息化管理,可改善护理人员、手术医生、麻醉师、患者的满意度以及缩短绩效考核所需时间,提高护理质量以及手术室的工作效率。

목적:탐토신식화관리계통응용우수술실호사적효고핵적효과。방법자2013년1~12월선택아원수술실호리인원60명수궤분성관찰조화대조조,관찰조응용신식화관리적효고핵,대조조응용원적효고핵법,비교량충고핵법호리인원만의도이급삼가적효고핵소수시간,이급수술의생、마취사、환자대수술실호사적만의도。결과관찰조재호리인원적만의도、수술의생、마취사、환자대수술실호사적만의도고핵방면고우대조조(<0.05),고핵소수시간야비대조조단(<0.05),차이균유통계학의의。결론채용호사적효고핵적신식화관리,가개선호리인원、수술의생、마취사、환자적만의도이급축단적효고핵소수시간,제고호리질량이급수술실적공작효솔。
Objective To investigate the performance appraisal used in the operating room nurse ef ects of information management systems. Methods From January to December 2013 in our hospital operating room nurses 60 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the observation group information management application performance evaluation, the control group of the original performance appraisal method, comparing two nursing assessment method satisfaction and performance time required to participate in the assessment, as wel as the surgeon, anesthesiologist, operating room patient satisfaction for nurses. Results The study group in nursing satisfaction, surgeons, anesthetists, patient satisfaction assessment aspects of operating room nurses higher ( <0.05), the time required for examination shorter than the control group ( <0.05 ), the dif erences were statistical y significant.Conclusion The nurse performance appraisal information management, can improve nurses, surgeons, anesthetists, patient satisfaction and shorten the required performance appraisal time, improve quality of care and the operating room ef iciency.
