目的：探讨氧气雾化吸入与超声雾化吸入在支气管哮喘中的效果。方法分析我院2013年1月~2014年1月60例支气管哮喘患者临床资料，将其随机分为两个组别，治疗组患者给予有氧雾化吸入，对照组患者给予超声雾化吸入。对以上两组患者在血氧饱和度上及主要症改善时间上行对比观察。结果氧气雾化吸入组患者气喘、咳嗽及听诊双肺哮鸣音改善时间少于超声雾化吸入组且在血氧饱和度上优于超声雾化吸入组。结论与超声雾化吸入相比，氧气雾化吸入更有利于缓解患者气喘，提高患者的血氧饱和度，降低呼吸道刺激症状，适用于支气管哮喘。

목적：탐토양기무화흡입여초성무화흡입재지기관효천중적효과。방법분석아원2013년1월~2014년1월60례지기관효천환자림상자료，장기수궤분위량개조별，치료조환자급여유양무화흡입，대조조환자급여초성무화흡입。대이상량조환자재혈양포화도상급주요증개선시간상행대비관찰。결과양기무화흡입조환자기천、해수급은진쌍폐효명음개선시간소우초성무화흡입조차재혈양포화도상우우초성무화흡입조。결론여초성무화흡입상비，양기무화흡입경유리우완해환자기천，제고환자적혈양포화도，강저호흡도자격증상，괄용우지기관효천。
Objective To investigate the oxygen inhalation and ultrasonic nebulization ef ect in bronchial asthma. Methods The analysis of our hospital in January 2013 to January 2014 60 cases of bronchial asthma patients clinical data, were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group were treated with oxygen inhalation, the control group were treated with ultrasonic nebulization . For more than two groups of patients on oxygen saturation and contrast the main symptoms improve uplink time observation. Results Oxygen inhalation in patients with asthma, coughing and wheezing improve lung auscultation less than ultrasonic nebulization group and bet er than ultrasonic nebulization group on the oxygen saturation. Conclusion Compared with the ultrasonic atomization inhalation, oxygen inhalation in patients with asthma is more conducive to ease and improve the patient's oxygen saturation, reduce respiratory ir itation, for bronchial asthma.
