目的 观察微波联合中药治疗对盆腔炎患者抑郁情绪的影响及其治疗效果,为制定改善患者负性情绪及症状的措施提供依据.方法 将117例患者随机分为观察组和对照组;观察组应用康妇消炎栓联合微波治疗,对照组用康妇消炎栓联合头孢类抗生素及甲硝唑治疗.所有患者在治疗前、后填写抑郁自评量表(SDS).结果 治疗前,两组患者抑郁程度差异无统计学意义(Z=-0.159,P＞0.05).治疗后,两组的各级程度抑郁发生率均下降,且两组抑郁程度分布差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.137,P＜0.05).观察组治愈率61.67％,显效率18.33％,有效率15.00％,无效率5.00％;对照组治愈率40.35％,显效率28.07％,有效率21.05％,无效率10.53％;两组比较差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.231,P＜0.05).结论 微波联合妇康消炎栓可以改善患者的抑郁情绪及提高治愈率.

Objective To explore the effect ultrashort wave combined with Chinese medicine on depression in patients with pelvic inflammatory disease and the efficacy of the combination thereapy,and to provide the support for establishing measures for improving negative emotions and symptoms in patients.Methods 117 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The study group received ultrashort wave combined with Kangfu antiphlogistic suppository,while the control group received Kangfu antiphlogistic suppository plus metronidazole and cephalosporins.All the patients filled out the Self-Rating Depression Scale before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the degree of depression between the study group and the control group (Z =-0.159,(P＞0.05); after treatment,depression at defferent levels declined in both groups,with a significant difference between the two groups (Z =-2.137,P＜0.05).The cure rate was 61.67％ in the study group and 40.35％ in the control group,the marked effectiveness rate was 18.33％ and 28.07％,the effectiveness rarte was 15.00％ and 21.05％,and the inefficiency was 5.00％ and 10.53％,respectively; there were significant difference between the two groups (Z =-2.231,P＜0.05).Conclusions Ultrashort wave combined with Kangfu antiphlogistic suppository can relieve depression in patients and improve the cure rate.
