目的：探讨我院急诊危重患者因侵入性操作而发生感染的消毒护理措施。方法对我院于2013年1月~2014年7月期间收治的360例患者的临床资料进行回顾性的分析。结果本组360例患者发生感染的为39例，占总患者人数的10.83%，未发生感染的为321例，占总患者人数的89.17%。在感染的39例中，其中以呼吸道感染、泌尿系感染、肠道感染为主，分别占感染人数的46.15%、25.64%、17.95%。结论急诊科危重患者存在入侵性操作频率高和医院感染率高的特点，在临床中，采用消毒和护理对策进行控制感染可降低感染率，加快患者的康复，提高患者的生活质量。

목적：탐토아원급진위중환자인침입성조작이발생감염적소독호리조시。방법대아원우2013년1월~2014년7월기간수치적360례환자적림상자료진행회고성적분석。결과본조360례환자발생감염적위39례，점총환자인수적10.83%，미발생감염적위321례，점총환자인수적89.17%。재감염적39례중，기중이호흡도감염、비뇨계감염、장도감염위주，분별점감염인수적46.15%、25.64%、17.95%。결론급진과위중환자존재입침성조작빈솔고화의원감염솔고적특점，재림상중，채용소독화호리대책진행공제감염가강저감염솔，가쾌환자적강복，제고환자적생활질량。
Objective To investigate hospital emergency care and disinfection measures for invasive procedures in critical y il patients with infections occur.Methods Our hospital were retrospectively analyzed the clinical data in January 2013 admit ed in July 2014 during the 360 cases of patients. Results 360 cases of patients infected for 39 cases, 10.83% of the total number of patients, the infection did not occur for the 321 cases, 89.17% of the total number of patients. In 39 cases of infection, in which respiratory infections, urinary tract infections, intestinal infections, accounting for 46.15 percent of those infected were, 25.64%, 17.95%. Conclusion Emergency department patients with severe invasive high operating frequency and characteristics of hospital infection rate in clinical, using disinfecting and nursing measures to control infection can reduce infection rates, accelerating the rehabilitation of patients, improve the quality of life of patients.
