目的：总结不典型结核性脑膜炎的临床诊断与治疗体会。方法回顾分析2011年8月~2013年8月我院收治的71例不典型结核性脑膜炎患者的诊断依据、临床特点与治疗方案。结果不典型结核性脑膜炎主要分为两种类型,即脑脊液的改变无典型性、患者临床表现与脑脊液无典型性；经过治疗,68例患者病情明显好转,存活率为95.77%,死亡率为4.23%。结论临床中对于不典型结核性脑膜炎应当高度警惕、及早诊断、正确治疗,以进一步提高临床治愈率,提高患者生命质量。

목적：총결불전형결핵성뇌막염적림상진단여치료체회。방법회고분석2011년8월~2013년8월아원수치적71례불전형결핵성뇌막염환자적진단의거、림상특점여치료방안。결과불전형결핵성뇌막염주요분위량충류형,즉뇌척액적개변무전형성、환자림상표현여뇌척액무전형성；경과치료,68례환자병정명현호전,존활솔위95.77%,사망솔위4.23%。결론림상중대우불전형결핵성뇌막염응당고도경척、급조진단、정학치료,이진일보제고림상치유솔,제고환자생명질량。
Objective To summarize atypical tuberculous meningitis diagnosis and treatment experience. Methods Retrospective analysis in August 2012 Diagnosis is based on clinical features and treatment program in August 2013 between our hospital 71 cases of atypical tuberculous meningitis patients. Results Atypical tuberculous meningitis is mainly divided into two types, namely, non-typical changes in the cerebrospinal fluid, and cerebrospinal fluid of patients with no clinical manifestations of typicality;After treatment, 68 patients condition improved markedly, the survival rate was 95.77%, the mortality rate was 4.23%. Conclusion For the atypical clinical tuberculous meningitis should be on high alert, early diagnosis, proper treatment, in order to further improve the clinical cure rate and improve the quality of life of patients.
