目的：分析应用规范化管理手术室高值耗材的效果。方法制定规范化的管理程序,控制手术室高值耗材成本并应用。结果对高值耗材应用规范化的管理方法后,2013年的月均手术高值耗材成本较2012年减少,其差异具有统计学意义(<0.01)。结论应用规范化的管理程序对手术室高值耗材进行管理,保证了手术室财产管理科学性,降低了医疗成本,减轻了患者的负担。

Objective To analyze the ef ect of application of standardization management operating room high-value consumables. Methods Develop standardized management procedures, high-value consumables cost and control the operating room. Results The high value material after the standardization of the management method, 2013 monthly surgery consumables in 2012, reduce cost the dif erence is statistical y significant ( < 0.01). Conclusion The application of standardized management of operating room is high value consumable management program, to ensure the operating property management scientific, reduce the medical cost, reduce the burden of the patients.
