目的：探讨疾控中心护理工作与健康教育工作的关系。方法选择2012年5月~2013年5月在疾控中心进行预防接种、健康体检、慢性病与传染病筛查的2152名居民作为研究对象，开展针对性的健康教育活动，活动前后分别做一次摸底调查，活动前的调查作为对照组结果，活动后的调查作为观察组结果。结果对比两组健康知晓率、行为转变人数、行为转变率等发现，观察组明显优于对照组，具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强疾控中心护理服务质量，通过开展健康教育普及科普知识，进一步提高居民的健康意识，帮助居民远离疾病的困扰，获得城乡居民的认可。
목적：탐토질공중심호리공작여건강교육공작적관계。방법선택2012년5월~2013년5월재질공중심진행예방접충、건강체검、만성병여전염병사사적2152명거민작위연구대상，개전침대성적건강교육활동，활동전후분별주일차모저조사，활동전적조사작위대조조결과，활동후적조사작위관찰조결과。결과대비량조건강지효솔、행위전변인수、행위전변솔등발현，관찰조명현우우대조조，구비통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론가강질공중심호리복무질량，통과개전건강교육보급과보지식，진일보제고거민적건강의식，방조거민원리질병적곤우，획득성향거민적인가。
Objective To investigate the CDC care and health education work relationship. Methods May 2012 ~May 2013 at the CDC vaccination, health check, chronic and infectious disease screening of 2152 residents as research subjects, to car y out targeted health education activities to do before and after the event were once thoroughly investigate the activities preceding the survey results as a control group, after the investigation results as the observation group. Results The comparison of two groups of health awareness, behavior change size, behavior change rate found in the observation group than the control group, with statistical significance ( <0.05). Conclusion Strengthening CDC quality of care services through health education popularization of scientific knowledge, to further improve the health conscious residents, to help residents stay away from disease problems, recognized urban and rural residents.
