产后出血是产科常见的严重并发症，加强产后护理，重点观察产后出血及其它情况是积极防治各种原因引起的产后出血的重要措施。我科就2011年1月~2013年12月共计1678例经阴道分娩产妇的产后分段护理，取得满意效果，我们体会到院产后分段护理对于产后出血的早期发现，及时诊断和积极治疗是一种必要的、有效的护理措施。
산후출혈시산과상견적엄중병발증，가강산후호리，중점관찰산후출혈급기타정황시적겁방치각충원인인기적산후출혈적중요조시。아과취2011년1월~2013년12월공계1678례경음도분면산부적산후분단호리，취득만의효과，아문체회도원산후분단호리대우산후출혈적조기발현，급시진단화적겁치료시일충필요적、유효적호리조시。
