目的：探讨软聚硅酮泡沫敷料治疗难治性创面的急诊临床疗效。方法将60例难治性创面的患者分为治疗组和对照组，各30例。治疗组行常规手术清创后采用软聚硅酮泡沫敷料治疗；对照组行常规手术清创后予常规换药处理。比较两组在治疗4w后的治愈率及患者满意度。结果治疗4w后，治疗组治愈率及满意率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论软聚硅酮泡沫敷料能及时吸收创面渗液，保持创面湿润，促进创面愈合，治疗难治性创面临床疗效显著、患者满意度高，且操作简单，易于掌握，值得临床推广应用。

목적：탐토연취규동포말부료치료난치성창면적급진림상료효。방법장60례난치성창면적환자분위치료조화대조조，각30례。치료조행상규수술청창후채용연취규동포말부료치료；대조조행상규수술청창후여상규환약처리。비교량조재치료4w후적치유솔급환자만의도。결과치료4w후，치료조치유솔급만의솔균고우대조조(P<0.05)。결론연취규동포말부료능급시흡수창면삼액，보지창면습윤，촉진창면유합，치료난치성창면림상료효현저、환자만의도고，차조작간단，역우장악，치득림상추엄응용。
