目的:探讨盐酸左氧氟沙星在盆腔炎治疗中的临床效果,对盆腔炎的治疗方法进行总结。方法将盆腔炎患者随机分成治疗组和对照组两组,两组都用基础的青霉素治疗,治疗组加用适量的盐酸左氧氟沙星,两组分别治疗一段时间,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗组的总有效率93.3%,治愈率83.3%,显效率10.0%,进步率3.3%,无效率3.3%。对照组的总有效率为70.0%,对照组治愈率10.0%,显效率60.0%,进步率23.3%,无效率6.7%,两组有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸左氧氟沙星配合青霉素进行盆腔炎的治疗临床效果更好,盐酸左氧氟沙星的疗效相对更好。

목적:탐토염산좌양불사성재분강염치료중적림상효과,대분강염적치료방법진행총결。방법장분강염환자수궤분성치료조화대조조량조,량조도용기출적청매소치료,치료조가용괄량적염산좌양불사성,량조분별치료일단시간,대비량조환자적치료효과。결과치료조적총유효솔93.3%,치유솔83.3%,현효솔10.0%,진보솔3.3%,무효솔3.3%。대조조적총유효솔위70.0%,대조조치유솔10.0%,현효솔60.0%,진보솔23.3%,무효솔6.7%,량조유효솔비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론염산좌양불사성배합청매소진행분강염적치료림상효과경호,염산좌양불사성적료효상대경호。
Objective To investigate the clinical ef ect of levofloxacin hydrochloride in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods The patients with pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group two groups, two groups were used as the basis of penicil in therapy, treatment group was treated with levofloxacin moderate, two groups were a period of treatment, compared two groups of patients with treatment ef ect.Results 93.3%the total ef iciency in treatment group,the cure rate was 83.3%,markedly ef ective rate is 10%,improvement rate 3.3%,ef ective rate 3.3%.The control group in the total ef iciency is 70%,control group,the cure rate was 10%,markedly ef ective rate was 60%,improvement rate 23.3%,ef ective rate was 6.7%,there was statistical significance between the two groups ( <0.05).Conclusion Bet er clinical therapeutic ef ect of levofloxacin combined with penicil in of pelvic inflammatory disease,curative ef ect of levofloxacin hydrochloride is bet er.
