目的：对小儿手足口病护理的方法及效果进行分析与探讨。方法选取200例2011年6月~2013年5月在我院接受治疗的手足口病患儿，并随机分为对照组与观察组，对对照组患者进行常规护理，对观察组患儿进行优质化护理。结果护理效果及满意度，观察组明显优于对照组。结论在对患儿进行优质护理后，患儿能够更加主动积极的配合治疗，使并发症发生率降低，患儿住院时间有效缩短，患儿家属对护理人员工作满意度明显提高，值得临床应用与推广。
목적：대소인수족구병호리적방법급효과진행분석여탐토。방법선취200례2011년6월~2013년5월재아원접수치료적수족구병환인，병수궤분위대조조여관찰조，대대조조환자진행상규호리，대관찰조환인진행우질화호리。결과호리효과급만의도，관찰조명현우우대조조。결론재대환인진행우질호리후，환인능구경가주동적겁적배합치료，사병발증발생솔강저，환인주원시간유효축단，환인가속대호리인원공작만의도명현제고，치득림상응용여추엄。
Objective To analyze and discuss the method of nursing care of children with hand foot and mouth disease and the ef ect of. Methods 200 children in 2011 June~2013 year in May in our hospital were hand foot and mouth disease, and were randomly divided into control group and observation group, the control group were given routine nursing care, quality of care for the sick children in the observation group. Results The nursing ef ect and satisfaction, the observation group was bet er than the control group. Conclusion The quality of nursing care for children, children can be treated with more active, the lower the incidence of complications, shorten the hospitalization time, family members on nurse job satisfaction significantly, worthy of clinical application and promotion.
