目的：探讨痔疮术后发生尿潴留的原因并提出护理措施。方法历史性回顾2014年1月~4月316例痔疮手术患者所有发生尿潴留的发病情况，总结其发病原因并提出护理措施。结果316例痔疮手术患者，发生尿潴留的有8例，发生率为2.5%。结论加强术前术后护理、心理护理、健康教育对减少术后尿潴留的发生有重要意义，及时发现并积极治疗痔疮术后尿潴留有利于患者早日康复。
目的：探討痔瘡術後髮生尿潴留的原因併提齣護理措施。方法歷史性迴顧2014年1月~4月316例痔瘡手術患者所有髮生尿潴留的髮病情況，總結其髮病原因併提齣護理措施。結果316例痔瘡手術患者，髮生尿潴留的有8例，髮生率為2.5%。結論加彊術前術後護理、心理護理、健康教育對減少術後尿潴留的髮生有重要意義，及時髮現併積極治療痔瘡術後尿潴留有利于患者早日康複。
목적：탐토치창술후발생뇨저류적원인병제출호리조시。방법역사성회고2014년1월~4월316례치창수술환자소유발생뇨저류적발병정황，총결기발병원인병제출호리조시。결과316례치창수술환자，발생뇨저류적유8례，발생솔위2.5%。결론가강술전술후호리、심리호리、건강교육대감소술후뇨저류적발생유중요의의，급시발현병적겁치료치창술후뇨저류유리우환자조일강복。
Objective To investigate the causes of urinary retention after hemor hoid operation and the nursing measures. Methods Review the history of the January to April 2014 316 cases of hemorrhoids surgery patient al the incidence of urinary retention, summarized its causes and to propose the nursing measures. Results 316 cases of hemor hoids surgery patients, the incidence of urinary retention in 8 cases, the incidence rate was 2.5%. Conclusion Strengthening the preoperative and postoperative nursing, psychological nursing and health education to reduce postoperative urine retention is important, timely detection of urinary retention and active treatment of hemor hoids postoperative is beneficial to the early rehabilitation of patients.
