目的:探讨Techno TwinStation全自动血型仪在ABO、Rh(D)血型鉴定及不规则抗体筛查中的应用价值。方法 Techno TwinStation全自动血型仪对41577例标本进行ABO正反定型、Rh(D)血型鉴定;对1959例标本进行不规则抗体的筛查,并与手工法(血型鉴定采用试管法,不规则抗体筛查采用微柱凝胶法)进行比较。结果41577例标本中全自动血型仪与试管法ABO血型鉴定的准确率分别为99.80%和99.75%,无统计学意义(﹥0.05),Rh(D)血型鉴定准确率均为100%,不规则抗体筛查仪器法与手工微柱凝胶法的阳性率均为0.31%(5/1959),假阳性0例。结论 Techno全自动血型仪在ABO,Rh(D)血型鉴定及不规则抗体筛查中可避免人为差错,提高工作效率,其结果更安全,可靠。

Objective To study the applied value of Techno TwinStation Automate Analyzing Unit in ABO and Rh(D)blood type identification and screen the irregular antibodies.Methods ABO and Rh (D)blood group were studied in 41577 samples and the irregular antibodies were screened in 1959 samples using Techno TwinStation Automate Analyzing Unit.Results Compared with manual method (we used test tube method to identify the ABO blood typing and micro-column gel technique to screen ir egular antibodies).Results The accuracy of Techno TwinStation Automate Analyzing Unit and test tube method in ABO blood type identification were 99.80%and 99.75%respectively,there was no significant dif erence.The accuracy of Rh(D)detection was 100%using two methods.The positive rate of the irregular antibodies was 0.31%(5/1959)no mat er using Automate Analyzing Unit or micro-column gel technique,and there were no false positive results.Conclusion The usage of Techno TwinStation Automate Analyzing Unit in ABO and Rh (D)blood type identification and the ir egular antibodies detection can avoid mistakes to occur and raise the work ef iciency,the results are safe and reliable.
