目的：了解50%硫酸镁热敷对接种疫苗后局部红肿硬结的疗效。方法158例接种疫苗后出现局部红肿硬结儿童,分为治疗组81例,用50%硫酸镁配制液湿热敷,对照组77例,用5%盐水热敷,观察并评估治疗效果。结果治疗4d总有效率为A组64.2%,B组40.3%(<0.01),治疗7d总有效率为A组98.8%,B组88.3%(<0.01)。结论50%硫酸镁溶液湿热敷治疗接种疫苗后局部红肿硬结,不仅能加速症状消退,还能提高治疗有效率。
目的：瞭解50%硫痠鎂熱敷對接種疫苗後跼部紅腫硬結的療效。方法158例接種疫苗後齣現跼部紅腫硬結兒童,分為治療組81例,用50%硫痠鎂配製液濕熱敷,對照組77例,用5%鹽水熱敷,觀察併評估治療效果。結果治療4d總有效率為A組64.2%,B組40.3%(<0.01),治療7d總有效率為A組98.8%,B組88.3%(<0.01)。結論50%硫痠鎂溶液濕熱敷治療接種疫苗後跼部紅腫硬結,不僅能加速癥狀消退,還能提高治療有效率。
목적：료해50%류산미열부대접충역묘후국부홍종경결적료효。방법158례접충역묘후출현국부홍종경결인동,분위치료조81례,용50%류산미배제액습열부,대조조77례,용5%염수열부,관찰병평고치료효과。결과치료4d총유효솔위A조64.2%,B조40.3%(<0.01),치료7d총유효솔위A조98.8%,B조88.3%(<0.01)。결론50%류산미용액습열부치료접충역묘후국부홍종경결,불부능가속증상소퇴,환능제고치료유효솔。
Objective To explore the curative ef ect of applying hot soaks of 50%Adlerika for red swel ing and sclerosis of the skin after vaccination. Methods 158 children whose skin occur enced red swel ing or sclerosis after vaccination were divided to 2 groups:the cure group (A group,82 children ) , who accepted applying hot soaks of 50%Adlerika;the control group (B group,77 patients ) , who accepted applying hot soaks of 5%brine . The curative ef ect were observed and evaluated in two groups. Results The total ef ective rate were ( A group)64.2%,( B group)40.3%( <0.01)by cured 4 days;The total ef ective rate were ( A group) 98.8%,( B group) 88.3%( <0.01)by cured 7 days . Conclusion The applying hot soaks of 50%Adlerika could used to cure red swel ing or sclerosis after vaccination, this remedy could shorten time of therapy and raise ef ective rate.
