目的：探讨三拗汤合止嗽散加减治疗外感咳嗽的疗效。方法选自2013年6月~2014年5月临床诊治咳嗽患者120例,三拗汤合止嗽散加减治疗,1剂/d,每剂水煎2次,分3次服用,7d为1个疗程。结果120例观察患者中,治愈102例,好转16例,未愈2例,治愈率为85%,总有效率98.3%。在治愈102例中,服药1~2剂治愈42例,3~4剂治愈49例,5~6剂治愈7例,7剂治愈4例。结论依据患者外感咳嗽的不同病证,对三拗汤合止嗽散方进行相应的加减,可以取得很好的临床治疗效果。

목적：탐토삼요탕합지수산가감치료외감해수적료효。방법선자2013년6월~2014년5월림상진치해수환자120례,삼요탕합지수산가감치료,1제/d,매제수전2차,분3차복용,7d위1개료정。결과120례관찰환자중,치유102례,호전16례,미유2례,치유솔위85%,총유효솔98.3%。재치유102례중,복약1~2제치유42례,3~4제치유49례,5~6제치유7례,7제치유4례。결론의거환자외감해수적불동병증,대삼요탕합지수산방진행상응적가감,가이취득흔호적림상치료효과。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic ef ects of three decoction combined Zhisou powder Decoction for the treatment of exogenous cough. Methods From 2013 June to 2014 May, 120 patients with clinical diagnosis and treatment of cough, three decoction combined Zhisou powder in the treatment, 1 dose daily, every agent water decocting 2 times, cent is taken three times, 7 days for a course of treatment. Results 120 cases of patients, 102 cases were cured, 16 cases improved, 2 cases were healed, the healing rate was 85%, the total ef iciency of 98.3%. In the 102 cases were cured, 1~2 agent treatment 42 cases were cured, 3~4 agents, 49 cases were cured, 5~6 agents, 7 cases were cured, 4 cases were cured and 7 agent. Conclusion On the basis of dif erent diseases in patients with cough exogenous, on three decoction combined Zhisou casual party for the cor esponding addition and subtraction, can obtain very good clinical therapeutic ef ect.
