近年来，岭南师范学院日语专业在人才培养模式改革上进行了深层次的探索和实践：科学定位，设定高素质复合型日语人才的培养目标；以职业需求为导向，构建立体多元的课程体系；内培外引，建设高水平的师资队伍；与时俱进，构建＂校企融合＂、＂国际合作＂的人才培养机制。实践说明，地方本科院校在创新人才培养模式改革方面，应重视顶层设计，加强制度创新，鼓励教师积极参与。
근년래，령남사범학원일어전업재인재배양모식개혁상진행료심층차적탐색화실천：과학정위，설정고소질복합형일어인재적배양목표；이직업수구위도향，구건입체다원적과정체계；내배외인，건설고수평적사자대오；여시구진，구건＂교기융합＂、＂국제합작＂적인재배양궤제。실천설명，지방본과원교재창신인재배양모식개혁방면，응중시정층설계，가강제도창신，고려교사적겁삼여。
In recent years ,the talent cultivation pattern innovation of Japanese majors in Lingnan Nor-mal University has carried on the exploration and practice into the deep :fixing a scientific position to train interdisciplinary Japanese talents of high -quality ;constructing a three-dimensional and diverse curriculum system ,oriented by the needs of profession;building a high-level teaching staff by training teachers in stock and hiring from outside;setting up a talent cultivating system based on "school-enterprise integra-tion " and "international cooperation",to keep up with the times .Practice shows ,local universities in terms of the talent cultivation pattern innovation ,should pay attention to the top-level design ,strengthen system innovation ,encourage teachers to participate .
