对粤西1220名中小学教师的问卷调查结果显示，中小学教师对校本学习必要性的认识到位，大部分教师学习目的明确，但其总体学习状态有待提高，学习资源不能满足教师需求，学习效果不理想。影响粤西中小学教师校本学习的主要因素有：经济收入低、工作繁忙、职业倦怠。在学习方式方面，教育反思尚未成为教师的良好习惯；教师培训有效果，但不理想。一级学校教师、城市学校教师与普通学校教师、农村学校教师的学习状况差异显著，一级学校好于普通学校，城市好于农村。

A survey on 1 220 teachers from middle and primary schools shows that ,though most teach-ers hold positive attitude on necessity of school-based study ,the learning condition should be upgraded on a whole as lack of learning resources ,learning effect not idealistic .T he main factors influencing learning in developing areas as such :low income ,busy work profession burnout .And on the side of learning styles , reflection has not become a good habit for the teachers ,and there is some effects of the training ,but not e-nough .And there is a manifest difference between good schools and general ones , the effect in good schools is better .
