对粤西1220名中小学教师的问卷调查结果显示,中小学教师对校本学习必要性的认识到位,大部分教师学习目的明确,但其总体学习状态有待提高,学习资源不能满足教师需求,学习效果不理想。影响粤西中小学教师校本学习的主要因素有:经济收入低、工作繁忙、职业倦怠。在学习方式方面,教育反思尚未成为教师的良好习惯;教师培训有效果,但不理想。一级学校教师、城市学校教师与普通学校教师、农村学校教师的学习状况差异显著,一级学校好于普通学校,城市好于农村。

대월서1220명중소학교사적문권조사결과현시,중소학교사대교본학습필요성적인식도위,대부분교사학습목적명학,단기총체학습상태유대제고,학습자원불능만족교사수구,학습효과불이상。영향월서중소학교사교본학습적주요인소유:경제수입저、공작번망、직업권태。재학습방식방면,교육반사상미성위교사적량호습관;교사배훈유효과,단불이상。일급학교교사、성시학교교사여보통학교교사、농촌학교교사적학습상황차이현저,일급학교호우보통학교,성시호우농촌。
A survey on 1 220 teachers from middle and primary schools shows that ,though most teach-ers hold positive attitude on necessity of school-based study ,the learning condition should be upgraded on a whole as lack of learning resources ,learning effect not idealistic .T he main factors influencing learning in developing areas as such :low income ,busy work profession burnout .And on the side of learning styles , reflection has not become a good habit for the teachers ,and there is some effects of the training ,but not e-nough .And there is a manifest difference between good schools and general ones , the effect in good schools is better .
