目的：观察小剂量多塞平长期治疗慢性失眠的安全性。方法59例慢性失眠患者，给予小剂量多塞平（3～6 mg /晚），共治疗3个月。治疗初期（第1个月）每周观察1次不良反应；治疗后期每月记录1次不良反应。结果小剂量多塞平主要不良反应为头痛、头昏、头晕、思睡；口干、咽干、口苦；长期使用未见药物耐受和药物依赖性发生。结论小剂量多塞平长期治疗慢性失眠安全。
목적：관찰소제량다새평장기치료만성실면적안전성。방법59례만성실면환자，급여소제량다새평（3～6 mg /만），공치료3개월。치료초기（제1개월）매주관찰1차불량반응；치료후기매월기록1차불량반응。결과소제량다새평주요불량반응위두통、두혼、두훈、사수；구간、인간、구고；장기사용미견약물내수화약물의뢰성발생。결론소제량다새평장기치료만성실면안전。
Objective To observe the safety of small dose doxepin for long -term treatment of chronic insomnia. Methods 59 cases of chronic insomnia patients were treated with small dose doxepin (3 -6 mg /per night)for three months. Adverse reactions were observed every week in the preliminary stage (the first month)and every month in the late stage of the treatment.Results The major adverse reactions of small dose doxepin were headache,dizziness,dizziness,sleepiness,dryness of the mouth and throat,and mouth pain.Drug resistance and drug dependence had occurred for a long term treatment.Conclusion The use of small dose doxepin in the treatment of chronic insomnia is basically safe.
