文中对某型LED灯具散热器进行了散热模拟计算与分析。在实验验证分析模型可靠性的基础上,通过散热器肋片温度场及外空间流场的详细计算和分析,获得了肋片温度分布以及散热器散热特性和影响因素,指出了该型LED灯具散热器存在的不足与问题,为后期LED灯具散热优化设计提供了重要的参考依据。
文中對某型LED燈具散熱器進行瞭散熱模擬計算與分析。在實驗驗證分析模型可靠性的基礎上,通過散熱器肋片溫度場及外空間流場的詳細計算和分析,穫得瞭肋片溫度分佈以及散熱器散熱特性和影響因素,指齣瞭該型LED燈具散熱器存在的不足與問題,為後期LED燈具散熱優化設計提供瞭重要的參攷依據。

In this paper , a certain type of LED lamp radiator was simulated with CFD software .The results of thermal simulation and analysis showed that the temperature distribution of this type of LED lamps radiator agreed with the experimental results .Based on the consistency of the LED lamp radiator experiment and simulation re-sults, the detailed calculation and analysis with the flow and temperature of the fin were given .The factors of temperature distribution and the effect of heat dissipation characteristics turned out that the type LED lamp radia -tor had shortcomings and problems , which provides a good reference for the engineering optimial design .
