目的:探讨AVE-763C型尿液沉渣分析仪检测尿液管型的准确性及其影响因素。方法随机收集住院患者的晨尿标本600份,分别用AVE-763C型尿液沉渣分析仪与显微镜分别检测尿液中管型,然后将仪器已保存的图像结果与显微镜检测结果进行对照分析。结果600份尿液标本中AVE-763C型尿液沉渣分析仪法管型阳性的有92例,显微镜法管型阳性的有43例,前者管型阳性率明显高于后者(P<0.05)。2种方法检测管型不符率占10.2%,其中AVE-763C型尿液沉渣分析仪法管型假阴性率和假阳性率分别为1.2%和59.8%。60%复检的尿液标本中含有大量黏液丝或包裹有形成分的黏液丝,其次是细胞团。结论对AVE-763C分析仪自动识别管型出现可疑报告时要进行必要的人工图像复核,对图像异常不易判别的结果仍需用显微镜复检,以提高和确保尿液管型检测的准确性。

Objective To study the accuracy of AVE-763C urine sediment analyzer (AVE-763C analyzer ) on the detection of cast and its influencing factors. Methods A total of 600 urine samples from hospitalized patients were randomly collected and detected using an AVE-763C analyzer and subsequent manual microscopic examination, thereafter the results of cast were statistically analyzed. Results The number of positive cast detected by AVE-763C analyzer was 92 and that by manual microscope was 43, and there was a significant difference between them (P<0.05). The inconsistency of cast between the two methods was 10.2%, in which the false negative rate was 1.2%and the false positive rate was 59.8%by AVE-763C analyzer. Moreover, 60%of rechecked samples containing large amounts of mucus silk with or without urine formed elements were observed and the second was cell mass under the microscope. Conclusions It is necessary to recheck the suspicious images of cast on AVE-763C analyzer and further to distinguish the abnormal and nebulous images of cast by the method of microscope in order to improve and ensure the accuracy of cast.
